Launching a new campaign meant building a full CRM email suite from the ground up, with every touchpoint designed to move patients through the funnel, from onboarding to retention to reactivation. Working alongside copywriters and the CRM team, each template was built in Figma with strict attention to brand standards while pushing for layouts that felt engaging rather than formulaic. The result was a cohesive system of emails that supported patient acquisition, appointment conversion, and long term care continuity across the entire customer journey.
